Start with the neck measurement.
The product listing gives two adjustable size options. Measure your dog's neck and confirm the seller's required fitting allowance before choosing; breed and body weight are not substitutes for a neck measurement.

For an overlapping or borderline measurement, ask which size and width the seller recommends. The current listing does not give a usable width specification or a detailed fit-check procedure. Its shipping dimensions are package information, not the collar's width.
Confirm the width before ordering if your dog's neck length or other worn equipment limits the space available. This is a shopping check, not a claim that either option has been fitted successfully by us.
Construction claims are not strength-test results.
The current listing identifies reinforced nylon, a tactical buckle, D-ring, padded lining, and reflective stitching. It calls the D-ring “strength-tested” but supplies no rated load, test method, or report in the material we checked. We cannot turn that phrase into a tested maximum dog size or a guarantee against failure.
The exact buckle manufacturer, metal grade, and collar width remain unverified. We have removed the earlier industrial-strength and universal all-day-comfort conclusions. Padding alone cannot establish how a collar will feel or wear on a particular dog.

Read “lifetime” alongside “normal use.”
The collar listing advertises a lifetime replacement warranty for failure under normal use. The tactical-bundle FAQ applies the same wording to the collar and leash. Neither is evidence of measured durability. We did not find detailed definitions covering chewing, wear, misuse, or claim-shipping costs in those statements; ask the seller to confirm these before relying on coverage.
